Role Overview

The ILSC Education Group is seeking a highly skilled English Language Trainer and Corporate Training Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in English language teaching and corporate training to support the establishment and development of our Corporate Training division. The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree, a TESOL certification (such as Trinity CertTESOL or Cambridge CELTA), and significant experience in teaching Business English courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a variety of multimodal ELICOS classes, including Business English, and work collaboratively with ILSC Head Teachers and other ILSC Teachers
  • Liaise with national and international organisations to establish partnerships and promote Corporate Training programs
  • Work alongside the Director of Studies ILSC Melbourne & National Corporate Training to ensure a principled and thorough approach to all ILSC Corporate Training interactions and operations with clients
  • Regularly canvass corporate sector learning & development needs, protocols and trends, regulatory guides, best practice guides, literature and industry initiatives to ensure ILSC is a leader in Corporate Training education delivery
Requirements
  • Recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTA, or Cert IV TESOL (or equivalent)
  • Excellent understanding of TESOL methodology, programs, and assessment practices
  • Experience teaching Business English courses
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
