This role involves managing the provision, development, and maintenance of an effective service, including outpatient, inpatient, elective, and emergency surgery.
About You- You will demonstrate expertise in current medical practices and issues within the urology discipline.
- Analyzing and evaluating patient care to identify appropriate treatments and investigations is a critical aspect of this role.
- You will develop well-structured communication skills to effectively interact with staff and hospital clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintaining high standards in clinical care and responding promptly to emergency or urgent situations impacting patient care is essential.
- You will practice medicine in a cross-cultural environment.
- Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in relevant policies is a requirement.
- Proof of qualification and registration or membership with the Medical Board of Australia is mandatory.
- An MBBS or equivalent qualification registered with the Medical Board of Australia is required.
