Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors across various areas including customer service, swimming pools, and fitness facilities.
- Manage pool plant systems, demonstrating technical expertise in water quality and facility maintenance.
- Act as the primary authority in the absence of the Centre Manager, especially during emergencies or incidents.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. You should possess a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to recreational facilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Current certifications in First Aid (Level 2) and CPR.
- National Police Check clearance.
- Valid Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Current Pool Operations Certificate is mandatory.
