Thriving Car Rental Opportunity

Our client is a reputable Car Rental and Insurance provider, seeking an Operational/Logistical whiz with a passion for customer service and people management.

The role involves overseeing 5 experienced direct reports across various branches to support their success with training and mentorships, ensuring vehicle utilisation, minimising vehicle off-road time, and maintaining strong NPS scores.

Based out of Brisbane, you'll predominantly be working on supporting locations and will be supplied with a vehicle for any necessary work travel.

The Role:

  • Oversee 5 branch locations
  • Lead and mentor Branch Managers to achieve their KPIs and personal goals
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee vehicle logistics with a focus on fleet utilisation and off-road turnarounds
  • Take ownership of your territory NPS scores and work towards constant improvement

About You:

  • Prior experience with fleet management (desired but not essential)
  • Past leadership experience (essential)
  • Logistical/operational mindset
  • Cooking and development leadership style
  • Customer satisfaction obsessed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fleet management (not essential)
