Rental Sales Officer

Our team is seeking a skilled Rental Sales Officer to provide exceptional customer service at our Car Rental Counter. This full-time position involves handling bookings and customer phone enquiries, as well as checking and cleaning vehicles on return of rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage bookings and customer calls
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for rental
  • Sell additional products and services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Capacity to identify customer needs and make sales
  • Able to learn and operate point-of-sale software
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility with willingness to adapt
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain documentation
