Regional Team Lead

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team creates an inclusive and exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
  • Drive and manage consistent sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage wage costs effectively.
  • Build strong connections with the team and customers.
  • Drive an inclusive and positive culture aligned with our values.
  • Provide regular check-ins, training plans, reviews, and performance management.
  • Communicate with leaders weekly to provide feedback and support.
  • Identify high-caliber talent for succession within the business.
  • Provide clear direction on visual merchandising to ensure strong commercial decisions.

Your Experience:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Min 3 yrs experience in a similar role such as Cluster, Area, Regional Manager.
  • Previous fashion retail experience with a strong styling ability.
  • Proven ability to implement company strategies across a business.
  • Experience in managing, developing, and training a team to success.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and team.
  • Passionate, positive, and self-motivated team player.
  • Full Driver's license.
