About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Midnight Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our overnight facilities, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and property security.

  • Manage the hotel's nightly operations in the General Manager's absence
  • Conduct thorough audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where necessary
  • Organize and prepare financial reports for management review
  • Provide exceptional customer service including check-in/out, request fulfillment, and hotel information dissemination
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and perform cashiering duties efficiently
  • Enforce strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety
  • Adhere to high standards of professionalism
  • Be detail-oriented and possess analytical skills
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and General Manager on various checks and balances procedures
  • Assist with food and beverage service in the hotel cafe and provide support as needed in the restaurant and bar
