We are seeking a professional with excellent customer service skills and delivery experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
About the RoleThis role involves working collaboratively as part of a wider team to provide a wide range of customer service and deliveries. You will be responsible for offering friendly and helpful service to all customers in store and on deliveries, picking and packing orders for instore, online and trade customers in an efficient and timely manner, working collaboratively as part of the wider Order Management team, delivering orders direct to customers in Bunnings Vehicles, and being responsible for stock management whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Offer friendly and helpful service to all customers in store and on deliveries;
- Pick and pack orders for instore, online and trade customers in an efficient and timely manner;
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider Order Management team to provide a wide range of customer service and deliveries;
- Deliver orders direct to customers in Bunnings Vehicles;
- Be responsible for stock management whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment;
