Senior Process Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our fully automated site.

The ideal candidate will have advanced data analytics skills to optimize system performance and efficiency. They will also possess leadership and mentoring abilities, as well as the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  • Analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.
  • Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
\

You will work closely with our Business Service Manager to understand customer needs and participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed.

\

The successful candidate will focus on building the team's capability through training, mentoring, and coaching. They will ensure the team stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

\

This role is crucial in increasing system efficiency, reducing downtime, and maximizing flow.

\

Main Objectives:

  • Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Initiate, assist to sell, and implement revisions, modifications and retrofits (RMR).
  • Identify leads, draw up suitable action plans and implement them as instructed.
\

Familiar with all the standard analytical methods and techniques, the successful candidate will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

\
