Concierge Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Executive to join our team in Perth, based within the CBD.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering world-class customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all tenants and visitors, and assisting with their enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a personalized experience for each guest
  • Providing concierge services such as restaurant bookings, VIP meet and greets, organizing transport and hotel bookings

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Perth
  • Reliability and punctuality
