Job Title: Hospitality Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Guest Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience. They will possess strong English writing/reading/speaking communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual. Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail are also essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage a variety of situations.

What is a Typical Day as a Guest Relations Manager?

Your day will begin with a briefing from the team on any new or ongoing guest requests. You will then meet, greet, and direct all valued VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service. This may involve acting as the main point-of-contact for these guests, ensuring the hotel is prepared to offer appropriate services, and briefing relevant departments on their requirements.

You will be responsible for fulfilling comprehensive guest assistance, responding promptly to all queries and special requests, and offering unique solutions. Your knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services will enable you to go the extra mile, remaining calm and alert while being helpful to all guests and team members.

A key aspect of this role is seeking frequent feedback from guests to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences. We work closely with the team to capitalize on opportunities and thrive within the company. Effective communication is vital, ensuring we provide a united front for our guests while operating safely for the best interests of all parties.
