Job Overview

The role of Clinical Research Associate II involves ensuring compliance with widely accepted clinical practices during monitoring of clinical research studies.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in clinical research monitoring, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies, developing tools and procedures to ensure quality monitoring, contributing to the design and implementation of processes and policies, providing guidance and support to clinical research teams, maintaining accurate documentation of monitoring activities, and identifying and resolving issues related to clinical trial conduct.

Key responsibilities include:
