The Recruitment Alternative is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our client's workshop team in a permanent full-time role. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work on various equipment, including hydraulic lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding and fabrication work on various equipment, including hydraulic lifting equipment
  • Undertake MIG welding to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
  • Collaborate with the production team to produce quality products
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
  • Hold relevant trade qualifications and a minimum of 2 years' experience in MIG pulse welding
  • The ability to read schematics and follow instructions and work procedures
  • Be able to work within a team environment
  • Be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting, bending, and twisting
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
