Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing personalized interactions with customers to cultivate strong relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Assisting customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
  • Cultivating customers through personalized interactions and effective follow-up.
  • Learning and executing practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embodying the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Managing customer issues/complaints.
  • Becoming an active member of the store team to support initiatives and efforts.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and welfare of self and others at work.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to achieve sales plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Senior sales experience.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma (preferred).
