About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our Care Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and support to our clients in the Sydney Norwest area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client enquiries and develop relationships with clients and their families
  • Handle requests, feedback, and complaints from clients and their families
  • Manage staff/client rostering in a dynamic environment
  • Perform HR duties as required
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the Home Care Package and NDIS industries
Requirements
  • Administrative experience with the ability to manage challenging workloads
  • Client-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer software skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Aged Care and/or Disability space
  • First Aid, CPR, and Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience with rostering
  • High level of computer literacy and personable telephone manner
