About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial property locations that align with our growth strategy.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in commercial property management. You will have excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favourable lease terms and close deals effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Property Acquisition: Identify and secure new commercial property locations that align with our growth strategy.
  • Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations for leases and ensure the successful execution of head-leases and subleases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lease Management: Oversee the management and renewal of existing leases, ensuring all terms are met and renewed as necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and data related to property matters, offering strategic insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Experience in Commercial Property Management: At least 5 years of experience managing commercial properties, with a strong track record in sourcing, negotiating, and securing leases.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate favourable lease terms and close property deals effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with franchisees, landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to ensure effective management of existing property lease renewals in the business.
