Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Greenkeeper Apprentice to join our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for school leavers, mature age applicants, or those who have already commenced their Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.

The successful candidate will complete a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Course at TAFE, gaining practical knowledge and skills associated with the presentation of our city.

This position is part of our Cadet, Apprentice and Trainee program, which aims to grow our skilled workforce by creating job opportunities and a talent pipeline for specialised roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Team and develop practical skills in greenkeeping activities
  • Assist in delivering objectives for the Golf Course
  • Complete on-the-job and off-the-job training as part of the apprenticeship
