Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply. As a key member of our team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by keeping them updated on project progress, advising lead times, and resolving any potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple large projects, including tender stages and final supply
  • Keep customers informed about project progress, lead times, and potential issues
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications
  • Prepare quote estimates from floor plans and architectural drawings
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Prepare contracts, sales reports, and calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
  • Provide first point of contact and respond to enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects, and Wholesalers
  • Perform general project administration duties

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Customer Service, Sales, or Project Coordination within the Lighting Industry
  • Able to work with key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
  • High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken, and sales hunter mentality
