We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced External Audit Senior Manager to join our distinguished Audit & Assurance team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex audit engagements, mentoring and developing junior staff, and significantly contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a leading position (e.g., Manager, Senior Manager) as an External Auditor for a reputable audit services firm.
Professional certifications such as SOCPA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CICA, ICAEW, AICPA, CA-Australia, or equivalent are mandatory.
Strong leadership, project management, and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and audit software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
