Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Cummins. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Local Project Managers: Provide administrative support to local project managers for project invoicing claims and processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices.
- Manage Sales Forecast: Collaborate with the sales team to manage sales forecasts and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage Dealer and Sales Teams: Assist in managing dealer and sales teams, including coordinating meetings and providing administrative support.
- Monthly Finance Report Management: Prepare and submit monthly finance reports to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Process Supplier Invoices: Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Prepare Sales Commission Claims: Prepare sales commission claims and ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Submit New Vendor Requests: Submit new vendor requests as required.
- Assist with South Pacific Invoicing Data: Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance.
- Provide Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance.
- Assist with USD Values: Assist in collating USD values for invoicing to assist finance with balance sheet hedging.
- Strong SAP Experience: Proven experience with SAP is essential.
- Sales Force Experience: Experience with Sales Force is preferred.
- Movex Experience: Experience with Movex would be an advantage.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Action Oriented: Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, including the ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
