The Role:

As a Mortgage Broker with us, you'll be working closely with our buyer's agents to craft bespoke loan structures that unlock clients' full borrowing potential. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results and make a real difference in people's lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet warm, pre-qualified clients who have already paid for our services
  • Craft innovative loan structures that maximize clients' borrowing power
  • Work collaboratively with our buyer's agents to secure deals quickly and efficiently
  • Navigate lender policies with ease, ensuring compliance and seamless deal execution
  • Own your pipeline from start to finish, with support from our experienced team


The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a seasoned Mortgage Broker with a strong track record of success. You should have:
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking
  • MFAA or FBAA membership
  • Strong sales and loan management skills, with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction
  • Tech confidence, with proficiency in CRMs, lender platforms, and Zoom
