ICT Systems Manager for CATSI Act Administration

We are seeking a skilled ICT professional to manage the office business systems used to administer the CATS Act. The successful candidate will display a strong understanding of the act and its requirements, with relevant qualifications in corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge across a broad range of ICT and project management matters, including experience managing a registry system. They will also possess well-developed knowledge in data analytics and reporting, with relevant qualifications in Power BI and experience in developing reports that suit a range of audiences.
Responsibilities will include maintaining existing business applications and registers, contributing business knowledge to the development of replacement solutions, and managing corporate data and analytics. The candidate will also be responsible for planning the scope of projects and implementing them, as well as managing, drafting, and delivering MOUs.
This is an identified position requiring cultural competency, including an understanding of the matters impacting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with them, and the capability to continue to develop cultural competency.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be Australian citizens. The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment screening checks, such as an Australian Criminal History Check. Security clearance is required at Baseline Vetting (Protected) level.
In exchange for your skills and expertise, you can expect a salary of approximately $108,000 per annum, plus benefits. If you are passionate about working in Indigenous affairs and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
