Key Job Responsibilities:

An Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enabling an executive team and multiple branches to function effectively.

  • Manage assessment registration processes
  • Allocate casework to team members
  • Process receipts and returns
  • Ensure file transit and storage
  • Monitor relevant databases and inboxes
  • Input data into the system
  • Correspond with clients and internal staff
  • Manage assigned resources (equipment)

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification and at least two years' experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
