About the Role:
As a billing supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting efficient and accurate billing services across multiple hospital sites.
You will oversee invoicing, claiming, collections and reconciliations, ensuring processes run smoothly and meet standards.
Your leadership will guide and support staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.
You will contribute to quality systems and procedures, helping to shape effective billing operations that support broader goals.
About You:
- You have strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience supervising, training and motivating teams.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are confident in leading teams, solving problems and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in finance, billing or accounting functions.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
