Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Practice Billing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of accurate and efficient billing services across one or more hospital sites.

Working closely with the Manager, Hospital Billing Operations, you will oversee invoicing, claiming, collections, and reconciliations to guarantee that processes meet policy and compliance standards.

As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting site-based billing staff, fostering a positive team culture, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of quality systems and procedures.

This dynamic role involves shaping effective billing operations that support broader hospital and health service goals, maintaining high standards, and delivering meaningful outcomes for staff, patients, and the community.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising, training, and motivating teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of finance, billing, or accounting functions, with relevant systems experience
