About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Operate store equipment, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, to support the efficient operation of the store.

Working Hours

This role will require you to work a variety of shifts, including Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday daytime shifts. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed.
