About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Grocery Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, displays are visually appealing, and customers have a seamless shopping experience.

As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing store equipment and tools to support the delivery of excellent customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are visually appealing
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate store equipment and tools, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, to support the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
