About the roleAs an AI Governance expert, you will work closely with clients and our team to define, design, build, and deliver innovative AI solutions. You will deliver great client outcomes on Data & AI projects in commercial environments, conduct risk assessments, and provide strategic governance recommendations.
Responsibilities- Work hands-on with clients and colleagues to deliver AI solutions, enablement, and governance.
- Deliver high-quality client outcomes on Data & AI projects.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for AI governance.
- Lead teams to achieve project goals, overseeing outcomes and understanding business context.
- Help define project details, including sprint outcomes and coordinating team rhythm.
- Build strong relationships with mid-senior client stakeholders.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present verbally and in writing for executive-level audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with AI legislation and industry standards, sharing implications with clients and internal teams.
Our Data & AI Transformation practice helps clients solve broader data, analytics, and AI problems from strategy to implementation, leveraging our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
Requirements- Be a seasoned consultant with extensive experience.
- A strong background in working on data & AI projects in commercial environments, managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance frameworks, able to analyse models detecting potential ethics, bias, security, or privacy concerns.
- Proven experience providing and implementing actionable recommendations for responsible AI use, creating business value and supporting strategic outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting clear visuals.
- Solid experience in technical writing, preparing clear and concise documentation for various audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively at different levels of technical detail.
- Good knowledge of how data, analytics, and AI can drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- An adaptable approach, comfortable with ambiguity, guiding clients on scope and direction.
- Strong time management skills, prioritising workloads under pressure, meeting deadlines.
- Self-starting attitude, hands-on, finding answers, working with ambiguity.
- Values-driven and practical approach to work.
- Passion for and connection to the data, analytics, and AI community.
