AI Governance Lead

As a key member of our organization's AI strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure accuracy, compliance, and responsible use of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for AI, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the AI Governance Council and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the AI Register.
  • Coordinate approval process for new AI experiments and initiatives, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor AI usage within the organization to prevent any adverse effects.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in AI governance frameworks and policies, including data protection, ethics, and risk management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a governance role (AI, data, or risk management) with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory considerations, including industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, and managing governance processes, as well as communicating complex technical information to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
