We are seeking skilled individuals to work as lifeguards at a swim centre in Melbourne. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety of patrons and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe environment for pool operations, ensuring the well-being of all patrons.
- Provide excellent customer service, guaranteeing patrons have an enjoyable experience.
- Communicate effectively with people of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.
Requirements:
- Skills & Attributes:
- Superior verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety protocols and public safety applications.
- Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Hold current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
