Beef Processing Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced beef processing environment. You will be responsible for packing and preparing beef and lamb products for distribution.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a labour-intensive role and possess a current driver's license. A high-risk forklift ticket is also desirable, but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit and able to start at 5:30am. The role requires working 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and preparing beef and lamb products
  • Working in distribution and stacking pallets
  • Meeting productivity targets and maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and reliable transport
  • Previous experience in a labour-intensive role
  • Trimming experience is required
  • Physically fit
  • High-risk forklift ticket (desirable)

Bonus Information:

A high-risk forklift ticket can be beneficial for this role, as it demonstrates your ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
