Job Overview:

  • This role involves overseeing the implementation and promotion of information and cyber security policies, procedures, and best practices across various business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with group directives, policies, and work instructions within the ISMS framework.
  • Serve as a local point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns related to information security.
  • Support awareness initiatives, review security requests, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess and manage security risks, including remediation efforts, and contribute to Business Continuity Management planning and exercises.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (minimum 8 years), with at least 5 years in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, architectures, risk assessment methodologies, and awareness training.
  • Understanding of physical security and business continuity management.
  • Risk-aware mindset and motivation to manage information and cyber security.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and escalation management skills.
  • Motivated to stay current with industry trends.
