About Our Manager Engagement Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to coordinate engagement with stakeholders, support coordination initiatives and governance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication and engagement strategies to achieve desired outcomes related to mitigation and adaptation, including Aboriginal engagement.
  • Managing the delivery of various governance forums, coordination, and project management processes to ensure the successful implementation of divisional programs.
  • Designing and executing feedback mechanisms for engagement initiatives and projects to identify opportunities and successes and manage risks effectively.
  • Preparing timely updates to inform stakeholders of program progress.
  • Supporting the management of government relations, including developing content for ministerial briefings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with government relations and policy development
