We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a pioneering industrial project in Western Australia. This role involves leading construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction processes and procedures
  • Provide technical assistance at manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites
  • Review project deliverables, focusing on constructability input
  • Prepare construction execution plans, scopes of work, schedules, and mobilisation requirements
  • Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible execution of construction activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in oil and gas or industrial plant construction, with at least 10 years focused on construction leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success on Australian onshore construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and risk in complex construction environments
