
Construction Team Lead

As a Craft Supervisor - Cranes and Rigging, you will lead a team of skilled professionals on a project.
You will oversee craft professional activities and work schedules, coordinate subcontract work activities, and direct team development.
Our oversight ensures craft professionals have the tools needed to perform effectively, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and meet specifications, schedules, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Directs and oversees craft activities as assigned.
- Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft professional.
- Determines workforce requirements and coordinates operational plans.
- Monitors tool and equipment usage on the project site.
- Ensures that field material requisitions for tools and consumables are prepared and approved in a timely manner.
- Verifies that current design documents are used to complete work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
- Ensures that construction operations and subcontractors' performance meet specifications and are within schedules and performance standards.
- Collaborates with construction field engineers, leading hands, and craft professionals in interpreting engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
- Oversees the implementation of engineering solutions with subcontractors, leading hands, and craft professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
They will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
