Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Structured Finance and Covered Bonds team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of securitisation markets and a proven track record of leading complex transactions. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team, ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes for new and ongoing transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of securitisation markets
  • Minimum 7+ years' structured finance experience
  • Demonstrated experience in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and leadership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
