Customer Experience Ambassador

This is a temporary opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador during the seasonal Christmas period. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for customers.

The Role

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and the ability to offer solutions. You will help create a shoppable environment for customers, keep the shop floor neat and tidy, and ensure that stores are set up for promotions and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, filing and tidying the shop floor, and setting up the store for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting any safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure our stores are a safe place to work and shop.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service for multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
