Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and motivate clients to secure meaningful employment;
  • Establish relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Place clients into sustainable employment resulting in successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activities are properly recorded and documented according to compliance requirements;
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or similar settings;
  • Desirable experience of working with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Strong communication and liaison skills with multiple stakeholders;
  • Able to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements resulting in sustainable employment;
  • Hold a current driver's license; and
  • No prior employment services experience is necessary.
