We are currently seeking to fill part-time Room Attendant positions for individuals with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare rooms to the highest standards ensuring a positive impression on guests
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, changing linen, dusting, and other tasks as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor supplies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
- Participate in scheduled deep clean projects as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
- Able to work effectively on your feet for extended periods requiring good physical fitness
- Possess the ability to lift items up to 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects safely
- Demonstrate strong literacy skills including reading, writing, and basic math
- Hold current working rights in Australia to work part-time shifts
