About the Role

As a Payroll Officer

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. You will be responsible for managing payroll-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees
  • Verify and maintain accurate employee data, tax information, and benefit deductions
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new employees and update payroll records accordingly
  • Stay up to date with payroll trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Assist in year-end payroll processing and reporting
As a Management Accountant

You will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Working closely with our finance team and department heads, you will provide crucial insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting and financial models
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators
  • Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets
  • Assist in forecasting and long-term financial planning

  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
