The RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications. You will also be responsible for performing testing and providing post-implementation support and training.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide post-implementation support and training to stakeholders
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst in a senior capacity
- SharePoint admin experience would be ideal
- PowerApps and Power Automate experience
- Strong interest in data analytics and AI
- Hold experience working with business process modelling and data modelling
- Experience performing testing and quality assurance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
We offer a highly competitive salary of $160,000 - $170,000 + super, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding team in the resources sector. You will also have the ability to make this role your own, working across various projects across the business.
