About the Role

The Field Training Manager is a critical position at Mad Mex, responsible for ensuring our restaurant teams are well-trained to deliver excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and maintain a nationwide team of skilled Mad Team Leads and Business Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance restaurant performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective plans.
  • Oversee the training and development of new Franchisees and Business Managers.
  • Conduct regular visits to Mad Mex restaurants to provide support and training.
  • Develop and maintain certified training restaurants in each state.
Requirements
  • Recent frontline experience in QSR, Fast Casual, or Restaurants.
  • 8+ years' total experience in QSR, Fast Casual, or Restaurants.
  • Proven track record of strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an operational hands-on level and translate this into improving restaurant performance.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high-level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with key stakeholders.
  • A current driver's license and car.
