We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Melbourne. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will provide exceptional phone and email customer service, sales, and support to our Commercial and Residential clients.
This is a permanent full-time role that requires the successful candidate to be based in Melbourne, Victoria. Full on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidates.
Responsibilities:- Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Commercial and Residential customers and resolving their queries quickly and accurately.
- Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our pest services and products.
- Scheduling pest services for Residential customers and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities and meeting internal sales targets.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Experience working in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
