Compassionate Caregivers Sought

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-level clinical care to meet the individual needs of our residents. This includes:

• Ensuring that resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements
• Communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and relatives
• Providing leadership and supervision to caregivers
• Being flexible and passionate about aged care

This is a permanent part-time position with hours being open to negotiation.

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Aged care experience preferred
• Assessment and care planning skills
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in residential care computer systems
• Highly organized, flexible, and committed to exceptional resident care
• Ability to create sustainable and positive relationships with colleagues, residents, families, and visiting allied health specialists
