You'll play a key role in shaping our Speech Pathology offering while making a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants across the community.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload aligned to your interests or enjoy the variety of a diverse generalist mix
• Deliver services your way: in-home, via telehealth, or in-clinic
• Set your own schedule with flexibility to work from home or from our welcoming local office
• Access weekly clinical and operational supervision tailored to your development
• Stay supported with ongoing PD, clear career pathways, and a focus on work-life balance
• Connect with national mentors and Clinical Practice Advisors for expert guidance
• Learn and grow alongside a supportive team of OTs, physios, and speech pathologists
• Collaborate in a positive, multidisciplinary environment focused on client outcomes
• We value your passion for client goals more than your NDIS experience—training is available

Who You Are

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• You have current SPA Registration (or pending)
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending)
• You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
