About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and motivated Education Recruitment Specialist to join our Sydney CBD team. As a key member of our Education team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for early years positions, including childcare workers, managers, and directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand relationships with established clients
  • Develop new business through proactive outreach and networking
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Source, attract, and present high-quality candidates to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Prior experience within agency recruitment, sales, or the childcare industry
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Resilient and proactive approach, with a willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
