Senior Product Developer Opportunity

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for developing high-quality products? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and solutions-focused Senior Product Developer to join our team.

You will lead and mentor a product team to create innovative, sustainable lifestyle products that exceed customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the day-to-day operating rhythm of your category
  • Collaborating with Buying and Product teams to deliver exceptional products
  • Negotiating and managing product expectations with suppliers
  • Managing product schedules and tracking production
  • Conducting fittings and reviewing samples to ensure product quality
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Production, Fashion, Textiles)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Developer with leadership and coaching skills
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions that drive business success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
