We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the team in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 roster.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based roster
