Job Title:

 

As a valued team member, you will deliver exceptional warehousing services with a high level of attention to detail to support top organisations and government agencies.

 

You will be key in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient handling of vital records. We welcome applications from hard working, reliable, physically fit candidates who have the ability to lift boxes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files
  • Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks
  • Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing
  • Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles
  • Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)
  • Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Warehouse experience is desirable
  • LF/LO licence preferred
  • RF scanner experience is desirable
  • Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift boxes
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be a team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail
  • Transport experience (advantageous)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
