Job Description

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist them with daily living activities, facilitate access to community services, and promote independence.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. Your ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays
  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs
  • Smart phone
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
